Risk Information and Liability Notice
This liability declaration serves to inform the customer about the risks associated with the purchase and wearing of custom dental jewelry (Grillz) as well as the limitations of liability of the manufacturer Bladezz Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Product Description
The manufacturer produces custom dental jewelry from metal alloys. Cobalt-chromium (CoCr) is used as standard; upon customer request, gold, silver, stainless steel, or titanium may also be used. Production is carried out using a dental impression (self-curing silicone compound), 3D scanning, and digital design processes. Final manufacturing is performed by an external partner company.
Risk Information
The customer acknowledges that wearing dental jewelry may be associated with the following risks: Health Risks: Irritation of the gums and oral mucosa, pressure sores, abrasions, and in rare cases dental damage (abrasion of tooth enamel, loosening, or displacement of teeth). Allergic Reactions: In persons with allergies or intolerances to the metals used or the silicone material, allergic reactions may occur. Risk of Swallowing and Inhalation: Despite careful fitting, the dental jewelry may become loose and be swallowed or inhaled, which may lead to serious health complications.
Usage Instructions The dental jewelry is not intended for permanent wear. The customer is instructed to remove the dental jewelry before eating, drinking (except water), sleeping, sports, and other physical activities, to clean it regularly, and to immediately discontinue wearing it if any discomfort occurs.
Liability Notice
The manufacturer notes that no liability exists for damages attributable to allergic reactions or material intolerances if the customer has not informed the manufacturer in advance of known allergies or if the reaction is based on an individual, unforeseeable hypersensitivity. The same applies to damages resulting from improper use, handling, or care of the dental jewelry, particularly non-compliance with the usage instructions, to damages caused by swallowing or inhalation due to improper handling, and to damages caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or manipulation of the dental jewelry. The foregoing liability notices do not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health in cases of fault on the part of the manufacturer, to damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and to claims under the Product Liability Act. The manufacturer recommends consulting a dentist before wearing dental jewelry. Dental jewelry is not a medical product.
